The center I go to was to have a trip today it had to cancel. One of the staff members left rumour has it to go to a better job. In my view a darn good reason for changing jobs. I don't believe there are any more trips till after January. Most are short of funds in January and the holidays can be tiring for many.
I wish her all the best in whatever position she is now working in.

Odette: There is only one small department store in this town. The problem is not the cold ( though it can be darn cold ) but no places to shop. I will be giving cash to my family members this year as I am not going to get a chance to go out to shop. For me shopping for other than everyday goods means travelling to another city.
